Certificates of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis is the independent lab report for a specific batch of product. Email us and we will send you the COA for the batch you received.

What a COA Is

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the laboratory report for a specific batch of product. An independent lab tests a sample from that batch and reports the results. The COA is how you confirm what is actually in the product you received, rather than relying on the label.

How to Request a COA

Email service@nurama.net and we will send you the COA for the batch you received. To help us find the right report, include whichever of these you have:

  • The product name, and the flavour or strain if it has one.
  • The batch or lot number printed on the package.
  • The 12-digit barcode number on the package.
  • Your order number, if you have already ordered.

The batch or lot number is the most useful of these, because a COA covers one specific batch. If you cannot find it, send us the barcode number and the product name and we will identify the batch from your order.

What a COA Shows

A full-panel report identifies the batch it covers, the laboratory that performed the testing, the date of the test, and the measured cannabinoid content. Where a lab has tested for contaminants, those results appear on the same report.

Publishing COAs on This Site

We are building per-product COA pages so that the report for your batch is reachable directly from the product page, without emailing us. That work is not finished, and we are not going to describe it here as though it were. Until it ships, email is the way to get a COA, and we will send it.

Anything Else

If you have a question about a specific batch, a test result, or a product you have already received, contact us through our Contact Us page or email service@nurama.net.
